Welcome to Dirty Hides. By accessing or purchasing from our website (shopdirtyhides.com), you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and vendors. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors and textures — particularly cowhide rugs and leather goods — may vary naturally and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been fulfilled. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Dirty Hides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, copy, logos, and product photography — is the property of Dirty Hides and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Dirty Hides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
